Product Return Policy
Fenom Kimonos would like to thank you for your purchase. As our customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you purchased, you may return it, subject to the terms and conditions of this Product Return Policy.
To return an unwanted gi for a refund, please send the item back within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date. Please note that our Product Return Policy only covers unused and unwashed products. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition, packing slip included. Not including the packing slip with the return will delay the processing of the refund. Refund amount will be for the merchandise value only.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Damaged, defective or incorrect products will be exchanged if returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. If we sent you a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please email to support@fenomkimonos.com
Condition of Returned Products
If a product is returned in an unacceptable condition, the product will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.
Unacceptable conditions include:
- Odd smell
- Stained
- Trained-in
- Washed
- Covered in pet hair or dandruff
- Tags removed
Returns and Refunds
To receive a refund, please email to support@fenomkimonos.com Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the merchandise is received.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis, and are subject to availability of products. To request a product exchange, please email to support@fenomkimonos.com If the desired size is not in stock, refund will be issued.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are sold as is. Some are returned items, some are slightly defective (minor stitching and embroidery imperfection), some are discontinued items. Please inquire about the size and the condition of the gi before purchasing it. All sales are final. No refunds or exhange on clearance items.
Disputing Transactions
If you dispute a transaction claiming that the product was not as described and force through a full refund when in fact there was nothing wrong with the gi, we will refuse any orders from you in the future indefinitely.
International Shipping
Certain countries charge taxes and duties on international shipments. These charges are not included in the shipping charge. The international courier provider will charge duties and taxes on behalf of the local government. How they will charge you depends on what country you are in. If you are ordering from the UK, you will be sent a letter to request payment of the duties and taxes before the merchandise will be released to you. International shipping rates and delivery times are set by USPS. Fenom Kimonos has no control over USPS pricing or delivery dates. Please contact USPS directly to voice grievances over shipping rates.
